We (husband, 2 kids and I) have 21 chickens in our backyard and love taking care of them and seeing them live a happy life. We do you acknowledge is not easy to keep them from getting harmed or sick, sometimes. We’ve crossed a few paths of respiratory infections or illnesses without proper names. We have found this forum incredibly helpful, encouraging, and even amusing (funny!), especially for people who have short experience like ours. We’ve had the chickens for a little over a year, in Lawrenceville, GA. I finally decided to register. Thank you for all the information!

Hello and welcome to BYC, You found an Awesome poultry Forum to be a part of with many great knowledgeable members who are more then willing to jump in and help you with any questions you may have. 
. We have Leghorns (8), “Easter Eggers” (9), Cemanis (3), and a “Polish” (1) , all hens. Some came as babies and some were grown when we got them. They are finally all getting along! Thanks for asking.
