(2) How many chickens do you have right now? 5 hens
(3) What breeds do you have? Americauna, Barred Rock, Olive egger, Starlight green, prairie bluebell
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens? eggs. watching their behavior,
(5) What are some of your other hobbies? traveling, hiking, fish keeping, jazz & lyrical dance
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share. I have 3 daughters, 3 cats, 2 dogs, 2 fish tanks. I'm a supply chain and logistics director for a biotech company blessed with working from home and being around my animals. I grew up with all sorts....guinea pigs, turtles, love birds, and so did my husband so our home has always been a zoo.
(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?
I've been coming here to learn since I first got my pullets. I recently had issues with one of my hens and asked for advice. I truly value the feedback and guidance received here.
