I searched the internet for info on chickens to coop designs, and most of the time my searches led me to BYC!

Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?

I'm new to chickens and have had them for about 2 months.

How many chickens do you have right now?

I have 5 hens.

What breeds do you have?

Two Easter eggers, a black Australorp, a speckled Sussex, and a Welsummer.

How did you find out about BackYardChickens.com?

Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.

We share our home with two labs, X and Rosie, two cats, Nyxie and Dannie Pink, and five chickens, Confident, Kelly, Scramble, Shady, and Fartblossum. (My 9 yo daughter named all but one of the chickens.)
