Hello BYC,

I'm Johny, a new member from southern California.

I was raised on a self-sustaining family farm. I worked with and raised chickens, hogs, sheep, and cattle (I haven't been on a farm for many years now). I have three chickens and I wanted them for egg production and to keep as pets. I only have one breed at the moment, Leghorn-Cross, which I bought from a reputable hatchery.

I have many hobbies, my new one is watching my chickens raid my garden for snacks.
