He is definitely a cockerel but legs look to yellow to be a Easter Egger. Usually they have green legs.

EEs are mixes. Every size, shape, and color as long as they lay green/blue. So..we can't tell too well.

Cubalayas have white legs. He looks to be an EE even with the yellow legs, which are uncommon but definitely possible in EEs.
