I agree with the too yellow. LOLHe is definitely a cockerel but legs look to yellow to be a Easter Egger. Usually they have green legs.

Cubalayas have white legs. He looks to be an EE even with the yellow legs, which are uncommon but definitely possible in EEs.Could also be a cubalya chicken. View attachment 2365621
