Hello i have new chicks & havent seen this before should i be concerned for a vet visit ?

It looks like everything hasn’t quite absorbed in the umbilical area or it has an hernia. How does it look now it’s a few hours later? Main thing is to keep the area clean and not let other chicks pick at the area.
