hello chicken world

Hello,

I have used the backyard chickens website many times to learn more about chickens and I finally decided to join as a member.

I currently have 4 chickens: barred rock, pearl star leghorn, amberlink, and black sex link. I have had chickens for the last 10 years, but also rhode island reds as a child.

My favorite part of chickens is watching and listening to them. I also like giving them treats and getting the eggs. I also love to garden so there is a symbiotic relationship between the chickens and the garden. The garden provides them snacks and I use their manure in the garden.
