Had to walk away from the computer momentarily and forgot what I wanted to post. I think it should be, welcome to BYC and raising chickens. I've had my ladies 2 1/2 weeks and it's so exciting! I inherited 2 former prize-winning hens from a friend of my husband and I picked out 2 mixed breeds for my birthday, 4/16. I also have 4 5-6 week only Black copper marans. Not sure yet if they are hens or roos. What a great, new adventure!
