I am new to this board, but not new to birds.Has anyone here hatched a red eyed white Autumn amber? I have two from last hatch and am wondering if it is a trait that is best avoided.I am linebreeding for autumn amber.reccessive white is in there too.The roos are white with head and saddle markings, and the hens are amber Italian. Any ideas on how to get a solid amber Italian male?

If youre in australia it happens relatively often. It is not a trait i would intentionally produce. Red eyed birds have poor eyesight. Their eyes refract light and it bounces around within the eye causing a bad glare is the easiest way i can explain it.
