Looks like a cockerel, very big red comb and wattles for 4 weeks.

I do agree but my Husband is in denial and he thinks we have 3 cockerels. When I can get a good picture of the other chicks I will post. Anyone on my husband's side of the fence?

Thank you, hoping I can find out what breed this little cute orphan might be. He has green legs and his beak is turning black. The Gentleman I got the egg from had different partridge breed chickens so knowing it is smaller than the other breeds his age I am wondering

Looks like an OEGB (old English game bantam). I'm bad with the varieties, I'm sure @Overo Mare knows.

I would agree that he is a BB Red. Definitely OEGB cockerel.
