Ok....I made a dimension mistake. LOL I took a look at that block when I was out getting the quail up for the night. That block that the male is about to hop down on is about 12 or maybe 14 inches long. Not 16 inches. It isn't one of those really big blocks. The smaller ones. Sorry.

I thought those cinder blocks were all the same size =) but I have a general idea
