Hi folks..
Excited to discover this site on Reddit. To begin with, I am a completely newbie as far as raising chickens is concerned. However, I just love eggs (fried though
) and my grandfather raising chickens at his rural farm when I was a kid is a treasured memory. Now my kid is asking for a pet and there's a long-standing policy in my house to not to keep any animals in shackles. No, cats are also not allowed too. So, we said (wifey is still thinking hard on it though 
), why not chickens? Lots of home-raised eggs, another family to welcome and pets finally! So here I am.. please don't mind my silly questions. Look forward to be a part of this joint ad'venture'. Thanks for having me!
