1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?

I Am newer to chickens, I got my first 2do chicks back on March 2nd! They are 15 weeks old on Thursday

(2) How many chickens do you have right now?

I have 4-15week old pullets

(3) What breeds do you have?

Easter eggers

(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?

Oh boy, lots of favs!!!! I love greeting them every morning and them running to greet me I love watching them and just having them hang out with me while I'm in the back yard, they are funny and quirky too with all their diff personalities

(5) What are some of your other hobbies?

I enjoy gardening, I grow lots of roses , I love being outside in the FL near any water source whether a pool, the beach , or kayaking at the springs, I mandala dot paint, I like to bake, and I love Jesus

(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.

I am a NICU RN and my hubby a sheriff deputy. I have a German shepherd and 2 ragoll cats along with my chickens I grew up in NJ on 3 acres of land and we had horses and bred them...never chickens just horses which I miss soooo much! Horseback riding is just amazing and liberating esp when riding bareback just holding onto the hair as your reigns

(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?

I found BYC searching questions about chickens on the internet I have been following since March-ish when I got my chickens and I joined because I wanted to comment on some stuff lol and ask questions
