I have a Buff Orp! She's my friendliest and sweetest.

I usually hold off on treats until around 6-8 weeks, mainly because I want them to get optimal nutrition during the time of most growth. But I think they could nibble at one at maybe 2 weeks or so, as long as you provide chick grit.
