OK what are they? I have 4 ducks and I've already learned a lot about them

Any snack ideas? So she likes to eat cucumbers,peas,kale and sunflower seeds oh and loves grapes. She is getting bumble foot and I've been treating it and soaking her foot but do I really have to hold her down and pick at it?

Welcome. I have a Penelope as well. She is a handicap chicken. I would love to see a picture of your Penelope.

Oh my gosh that's awesome. I think its the perfect name for his little waddle. Crazy story when I saved him I knew nothing about ducks and was told he was a girl. So I named him penelope and one day I was walking penelope and a guy advised me that penelope was a boy. But penelope knows his name so well I dosnt want to change it.

Do you have a picture of it? Sometimes putting PRID or some other drawing salve on it, then wrapping it, will draw it out, and then she'd have to be put in a cage or small pen so she doesn't get the bandage filthy or off in two minutes.

If it's more advanced, you might have to cut a little bit to get the core out, then slather it with triple antibiotic ointment and bandage it.
