This is my Ruby and my Bella, it was originally Bella and Boris after Bella Lugosi and Boris Karloff but we found out ruby was a sweet girl, They are a mix of Ameraucana and Cochin, Is what I was told, The only reason we do not have them outside full time right now other than them wanting to be inside is because we have a lot of predators around here and I want to be sure they are in a safe and secure environment, They do lay eggs, They have their own nesting boxes, they have their own sand boxes inside and outside, They get their scratch plus a variety of veggies bugs, some healthy scraps and of course their treats, My girls are extremely spoiled when they go to their room to go night night if the light was not turned off in time they let us know it, ha ha They both have a lot of personality. I had no idea chickens were so smart,

They are adorable! Chickens are quite smart and affectionate too. Most non chicken people have no idea what they are missing out on.
