Hello All

I am a new mama hen, just got my chicks Wednesday. Not sure on exact breed but they are cute and fluffy and seem happy and healthy so thats all that really matters. I have been a fly on the wall researching and going through what feels like hundreds of posts for a few weeks now and finally decided to join in on the fun!

A little about me

My name is Spirit, I am a 26 year old stay at home mom ( one boy 6 years old ). We have two dogs Baxter a Chihuahua & Tanner a Golden Retriever. Totally polar opposites but best of buds. We also have two Pygmy & Nigerian Dwarf Goats ( Han Solo & Princess Leia ) and yes my son named them, we are going to be breeding and he deiced we are building our own rebel fource

And of course our new (hopefully) ladies.

( only two have names at the moment. yellow is Shelia a & we have a gray bantam with feathers on her feet named Lady Gray )

When your chicks are 6 weeks old, you can post photos at "what breed or gender is this." Glad you joined the BYC flock
