I have a farm in Whitehorse, Yukon, Canada. Seven years ago my late husband and I bought 108 acres of raw land and began our dream. I have continued this dream. I raise both meat and dairy goats, turkeys and both meat and layering chickens. I'm always wanting to learn anything to do with farming and looking after my animals. I have very cold winters here and so that's always a challenge. We can have -50 degrees celcius. I look forward to learning. Thanks

Hi! Welcome here!
Sounds like you got yourself a little slice of heaven there up north, with all that land and animals. :) Those winter temperatures makes it an extra achievement to manage a multi-animal farm.
Best of luck in your search for knowledge and learning. :D

Welcome to BYC!
We are glad you joined our flock.
This video should help your find your way around.
A great place to start is in the Learning Center in the Articles section.

You might consider Chantacler chickens, they were developed to survive the brutal Canadian winters. There is a thread you might enjoy "Canadians, check in here."
