I only have 2 chickens because that's all I need and all my space can allow. They are Red Shavers, great mates and very clever. They have me well trained and know that when I go to the garden it means they get something green to eat. They hear me coming down the stairs and are at the fence before I get to walk out the back door. They love to follow me around when I mow the lawn, peck peck pecking and sometimes get in the way of the mower, bad girls! These are my second lot of chickens, the first lot were hybrids and didn't go so well at laying but these girls are great. Except? I have questions so have felt it is time to join your many trees of knowledge, pick your brains and sort my problem.
