Just wanted to say "Hi" to everyone here at Backyard Chickens! I have had laying hens here at Cooper Creek Farm for about 1 1/2 years now. I have had some triumphs & unfortunately some defeats as I am sure most of you have had. I have questions from time to time & that's why I joined your group. My flock consists of Black Swedish Hens, Standard size Cochin Hens (Buff, White & Lavender), Cinnamon Queen, Cuckoo Marans, Black Copper Marans & Wheaten Marans. This spring I am adding Light Brahams, Jubilee Orpingtons, more Buff Cochins, Salmon Faverolles & Welsummers. I also have 4 dogs, 2 cats, one rabbit, two Blue Gold Macaws & one African Grey Parrot. I look forward to conversing with you all!
