It is swollen on the outer bottom side., no puss or worm like anything inside just the white spot on the pupil.

AWW ,poor girl. Sabatious cyst on the eye cannot be fun

Looks like an eye infection, possibly been pecked. Definitely post in our Emergency forums. Terramycin ointment would probably help.
