Hi out there. I’ve joined this group to learn more about Chickens. I have been keeping birds on and off for years. This last time has just been about four years. Currently only have a dozen birds. Mixed flock of hens including Sex links, Marans, Dominique, Barred Rock, Buff Orphington, one mixed game hen, one Lavender Orphington Roo,& I think another Roo that’s young. I’ve had all sorts of farm animals and the Chicken is always my favorite. Easy to care for, beautiful to look at, and actually works. Haven’t had a single tick on me since they’ve been here. Thanks for allowing me to be here.
