Welcome to BYC. I adore my roosters, however I can't see myself letting them "eat mealy worms from my lips" They peck the same ground they poop on. I'm not being judgemental, just practical. Maybe offer the meal worms from your hand?
By the way, how old are these roosters? If they are under a year old, dynamics may change, so always be prepared.

Hi Kathy! welcome to BYC! why do you keep your roosters separate from all the hens? To me seems like 10 roos with 112 hens would be like 11.2 hens per roo?
would that not work out fine?

Theoretically that might work, but more likely, some of the roosters would start fighting. Also some hens might be more popular and get more abuse. I'd keep them separated too.
