Hi, I'm katina, I live in Queensland, Australia. I'm very new to the whole chicken thing

I just bought 4 chickens last sunday, they are egg laying chickens only, I doubt I will be able to eat chicken ever again

I stumbled across BackYardChickens and joined! This place looks very friendly and helpful. I hope that people will be able to answer my many questions and that I can become better at looking after chickens

Welcome Katina~I did the same thing when I first got on.

You will find a lot of great infomation about chickens and some very great people just to talk to.

Make sure an log on a lot and have fun with the 4 chickens!
