I thought I would stop by and introduce myself. I have recently just got into chickens wanted them for years!
I started off by being given Kenny and Dolly who are two four year old Perkin bantams, obviously one is a hen and other is a roo.
Then I decided to get some more bantams, set out to get a couple, ended up with four.
Then we got given two, two weeks old chicks, no idea what they are but took them on anyway.
Then Dolly got broody and we put 4 refrigerated eggs under her and now have 4 little chicks today.
They are just so addictive! I do not know how to put pictures up yet but if you look on my blog http://dazzlingpurplehorses.blogspot.co.uk/2013/07/exciting-start-to-our-holidays.html?m=1 you shall see most my pics on there.
