My quails have brought me to this website. I am a newby from Walton County, Georgia. Looking forward to share and learn with everyone. Have a Merry Christmas and early Happy New Year!

Hello and welcome to BYC!
Lots of awesome folks here and always willing to lend a helping hand! Have fun and ask any and all questions!

Did you just get started with quail? What kind do you have? I just have chickens but my neighbor has Button quail and they are the cutest lil things!

Merry xmas and Happy new year to you as well!

Welcome to BYC! Glad you decided to join our flock. I'm a chicken person and don't know much about quail (never had any), but I have to admit that they sure are cute little birds. You should definitely post on our quail link that NorthFlChicks left with you, and take advantage of our quail experts there. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have. We are here to help in any way we can. Good luck with your quail.

Thankyou everyone for the warming welcome!!! I have no idea what type of quails they are. All I know is they are super cute. I got interested in them because for some reasons my son, who is allergic to chicken eggs, is not allergic to quail eggs.

How come I didnt get a notifield when others reply eventhough I have the box checked for immediately?

You're welcome. You should either pm Nifty-Chicken, the BYC administrator at https://www.backyardchickens.com/u/2/nifty-chicken, or sumi, one of the moderators at https://www.backyardchickens.com/u/97969/sumi and ask them about why you weren't notified immediately when the other members replied. Good luck in getting the problem corrected.
