Welcome to BYC from California wine country in the Western Sierra Foothills! :frow

I hang a head of cabbage on a cord from a shepherd's hook a couple times a week: Tether Cabbage.

Every afternoon I sit down with a big scoop of BOSS (Black Oil Sunfloer Seed) for hand-feeding the flock.

Just remember, everything in moderation. Too many sunflower seeds caused a rather nasty case of impacted crop here last spring. I think the size and shape of the husk is a little harder to digest in large quantity. But, yes mine love them too.
