Hello! 
My name is Justin, and this is the first post on my new account. I had another account that was made back in 2016 (@Jucodeo), but I no longer use the email associated with the account. I haven't been active on that account in a couple of years, so I figured I might as well make a new one!
I decided to answer the introductory questions that new members are encouraged to look at.
(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
- I am not new to chickens. My family first got chickens back in 2016, and we have been raising a flock ever since.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
- 9 hens, 2 roosters, and 2 turkeys.
(3) What breeds do you have?
- All kinds! Rhode Island Red, Bantam, Golden Laced Wyandotte, Brahma, Easter Egger, Plymouth Rock, Minorca, etc.
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
- Having an infinite supply of eggs... yum!
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
- Hiking, biking, swimming, camping, and writing.
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
- I have two brothers. In addition to our poultry friends I also have 2 dogs and 3 cats. I am an incoming college sophomore studying mathematics.
I look forward to learning more about chickens, as well as sharing some of my knowledge and experiences with all of you. See you around!
