Hi I haven't gotten any chickens yet still at the researching and convincing stage.

I'm planning on getting a few rir or Isa Browns. If I can find somewhere that will sell me 5-8. So far not much luck.

My mom grew up in Ocean Falls, BC. It used to be a "happening" place. Not so much anymore. I love hearing her stories from her childhood with no TV and no roads in or out of there, only boats. Gorgeous landscapes up there.
