Hi everyone. I have been a lurker here for a few weeks and thought it was time to climb into the coop.
My purpose for joining is to pick brains and learn.
I plan on raising chickens in my town. I took it to the village board last week and they said no. They have an ordinance against it but I have not read it yet. I wil be looking into ways to fight it now.
At the moment I have 2 chicks in the boys room in a rubermaid (I'm a scofflaw). They will be going back to my brothers flock in a week. They will wait there untill I can change this ordinance.
