After reading and learning a bunch of good info here I finally registered.
In other news, I was out of town for a few days and came home to find our first pullet eggs today. 4 small brown eggs, plan to give them a go and see how they are. These chuks were hatched April 1st. It seems early to me but the chickens do what they do I suppose.

Welcome to BYC. Glad you decided to join our flock. A lot of us were lurkers before joining.) Congratulations! It's always so egg-citing to get those first eggs. If you haven't done so already, definitely check out our Learning Center at https://www.backyardchickens.com/atype/1/Learning_Center. There is loads of useful information there. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have. We are here to help in any way we can. Good luck in getting many more eggs.
