Thank you! The hens we're rescuing aren't laying much anymore, which is why the current owner doesn't want to keep them. If they do lay eggs though, we'll feed them back to the hens so they can get back some of the nutrients they lost. Plus we're only starting with 4 hens, so I don't think we'll be totally inundated.

That makes total sense! Chickens do love a good scrambled egg, just make sure not to feed too much, as it can upset their diet.

@peacechikn What type of dogs do you have? our great pyrenees is with me everyday in the chickens
they are her job along with caring for our 3 outside cats.. the Labrador is learning being on a leash when
he is out there
