(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
Yes we are new to chickens, I have wanted them for a couple of years now and we finally decided to take the plunge whilst we are all staying at home for a few weeks.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
None, yet
we attempted to hatch our own batch of 7 chicks 3 weeks ago but none of them made it.
(3) What breeds do you have?
We currently have 20 hatching eggs of different varieties- Brahma, Sussex, Swedish Flowers and Faverolles.
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
Not sure yet but I love learning new skills and was devastated when our first hatch failed entirely.
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
Gardening, DIY, reading, walking
