Hi, I live in Napa and am getting my first chicks later this week. Assuming all of them hatch, I should end up with 2 silkies, a blue cochin, salmon Faverolle, a Houdan, and a blue-laced red wyandotte.
Other than chickens, I am a wannabe gardener, have 2 large dogs who will have to get used to chickens (the poodle will ignore the chickens, the doodle will be far too curious).
I look forward first to learning, and later to contributing to the community!
