Hello from a newbie chicken raiser....

Hi!

I am new here and new to chicken raising! I have 4 chicks in a brooder in my basement...2 rhode islands and 2 cuckoo marans.......they are so cute! The rhode island gals are 12 days old, ( Adeliene and Clara), and the marans, (Lucy and Ethel), are only 4 days old! Everything is going good.....we are raising the gals for eggs. I am going to raise them as organically and free-range as possible....
Looking forward to meeting other 'chicken farmers' here....~Beulah
