Hello, I became addicted to chickens several years ago. I don't eat or kill them, just love them. I started with three, but the flock has grown. My old roosters just sit in my lap in eat treats each afternoon. I find that sitting with my 'babies' is akin to meditation. I live in Idaho and would like to sell the eggs, but need to have some idea how much to charge. Ideas?

Prices range pretty widely due to local influences. There are a couple threads on the forum with answers from $1.50 to $5 or more. If you can, find out what anybody else in the area is charging... Maybe check with the feed store.

Fertile hatching eggs usually bring more than eating eggs. It will depend of course if they are pures or a mixture of breeds as to price

Eating eggs range as indicated by Nemo and the hatching eggs can range quite widely. Hope this helps.
