WOW!!! Thanks for all the greetings. Just wanted to add that I have between 125 and 150 little pharaoh quail, 5 RIR for eggs, and a trio of buff silkies I got in trade with a member of BYC.

I also got a steal on 12 pheasants that are supposed to be red golds. Probably 8 weeks old when I got them a month ago at a local auction, and the price was only $2 each.

Add to that, I've got 1 buck and 4 doe rabbits I breed for meat, and 9 young rabbits I just weaned that will be heading to freezer heaven in about a month.

Just want to say Thanks again, ya'll have been a world of help whenever I've had a problen.

Wow! How are you enjoying the buffs??

My quail are doing super! I run out every morning to see if they have laid me the first egg.

I'm really glad you joined...you will be hooked in NO time flat!

Just love the Buffs!!! Desided to let them have the front yard for now, only today they claimed the front stoop for their night time perch.LOL

Give the quail a couple of weeks, they're young plus moving them. If you're not getting eggs by then I swap out with some that are just beginning to lay.
