The BYC Learning Center has some good articles on mites/lice and how to find/treat them, I like to use a magnifying glass when looking for them. https://www.backyardchickens.com/a/maintaining-a-healthy-flock ... for worms, if you don't see them in the poop, you can take a sample to the vet, but a lot of people just worm routinely, nice article on worming http://poultrykeeper.com/general-chickens/worming-chickens If they don't like their feed, double check that it is OK, not moldy or buggy etc, if you are feeding regular Layer and feeding a lot of treats/greens they may be short on protein since most Layer feeds are complete feeds and only about 16% protein.
