Hello from Anchorage :) Coop design

I am completely new to raising chickens and just got started last week with 4 Marans and 6 Ameraucana chicks. I bought them straight run so I have no idea what sex I have got yet. in the end I am only keeping 4 maybe 5 laying hens. I am getting ready to start building my coop and would love to see a well run coop here in Anchorage. I am looking to build a quality coop that will be a great home for the hens all winter. I am not looking for "adequate" I am looking for quality design and function. Anybody in town have a coop I can check out and ask some questions? Thanks in advance, Warm Regards
