Thank you all so much for all the encouraging words links and positive thoughts! Tomorrow evening is the village meeting (town pop. 600). I am not a very good public speaker so i am praying i dont trip over my own tongue! Will update as soon as i can. Thanks again

Well i think it went well. Had several shocked looks when i mentioned you can have a backyard flock in chicago! Hope that it helped. Will find out decision august 13th. Thanks to everyone for all the great links and information and especially the well wishes!

I DID IT!!!!!! I truly believe that if i didn't have all the awesome information that all of you directed me to it would not have worked! I even wrote most of the ordinance You can imagine the happy dance i am doing!!
