Hello from another Txn!

I just got my lot of 43 chicks today (+8 more on Wednesday from a local hatchery). I haven't raised chickens in several years and I had forgotten how CUTE they are. This bunch looks great too; no DOA's. I have Marans, Ameraucanas, Jersey Giants, Buff Cochins and Welsummers coming on Wednesday plus whatever "surprise" McMurray put in there.

Don't want to be a stick in the mud, but my recent Mcmurray chicks didn't make it. Not one! I think it was the cold, but who knows? I'm going with the closest, Ideal.
