I'm just east of Austin in Elgin.

Lost one of my girls yesterday; she died in my hand...no idea why. I also ended up with 10 Welsummers instead of 8 so my burgeoning flock is at 52 right now and no plans for more. My coop will hold 36 and after my extra roos are...ummm...sent to that happy place in the freezer, I should have just the right number.

Look forward to learning a lot of new stuff from everyone.
