Hello from Athens GA

Hi. I am in Athens GA. I am sorta new to the backyard chickens. They have always been on farms I have worked but never owned myself. After my 11yo asking constantly I agreed. I will admit they are fun to have around and funny personalities. And the eggs are a huge bonus. We have 3 right now. 2 polish hens and a Sicilian buttercup. I built the coop and run. It a 10x8 run that we can walk in with an elevated 2x8 coop with nesting boxes and roost. I joined because every time I googled a question I had I ended up here. LOL.
