Hi all, I'm a newbie from Australia. Looks like a great site with lots of info. I keep some Muscovies, Saxonies, Appleyards, & some chooks. Looking forward to reading lots of great info here.

from Victoria. Good to see another Aussie aboard here, And a keeper of some lovely ducks too! Its interseting to see ducks from other countries on here - while most are pretty much the same as home- they call mussies "scovies" here and some colour differences have been found too. You have to go check out photos of ducks in the snow...
Im sure you will have some great experiences and knowledge to share with the ducky folk here.

Will have to get used to calling mussies "scovies" but it does sound funny to me. Will try and post some pics of my mussies, oops, I mean scovies

when I can. Some nice colours in the states though that we don't have.
