This spring I intend to have my first ever chickens. I'm so excited. I grew up with chickens and am looking forward to my girls having the same experience. I have two little girls ages 3 & 4. Madeline (4) was just diagnosed with Autism and her sister Natalie (3) is in the process. I think the chickens will be very theraputic for them (and for me as well!) We have two dogs, Judd & Buster, and one cat, Hunter. I'm a blogger but more than that I am a stay at home mom. My husband is officer with a Sheriff's Dept.
