Hello from the Blue Ridge Mtns of NC - We've been reading the forums for a few years now and found answers to pretty much all of our chicken questions - but now I am stumped - we purchased a couple of (well that's where I'm stumped - we aren't sure what they are - posting pic) the man we got them from didn't know what they were either - but our daughter thought they were cute and wanted to add them to our farm - so we brought them home! Any ideas on what they are? We are pretty sure they are either ducklings or goslings - but we would like to know what kind and if the sex can be identified by color (we hope to have a male and female). As of current they are fairly large but have no feathers starting - they have been adopted by our momma hen, even though they are over twice the size of the chicks - and they love grass and clover. Thanks for any input you may have.
