Thank you. I feel like I’ve taken a step backwards on my egg hunt by getting the younger birds but my feeling was that the integration of four new birds with Mocha probably went smoother than if I’d bought POL pullets. Miss Mocha has taken nicely to her new leadership role!

Congratulations on integrating them! That can be hard sometimes..and bloody LOL!

Well we’re not nearly as warm as you in Hawaii! Although it’s been very warm today and the ladies have moved from shady spot to shady spot. Currently, I’m looking at a kit set hen house and run. We also don’t have to deal with as many predators as elsewhere.
