Thanks for all the well-wishes. Our plan is to raise these birds for ourselves and probably sell a few of them once we figure out what breeds we have. We have a lot of folks in our area who are interested in free-range, fresh eggs and chickens. We are going to start on our chicken tractor tomorrow. I'll be sure and get lots of pictures and upload them as soon as we can. Our ten year old cat seems to get along fine with the chicks. We will just wait and see what he does as they grow. We also have a cat who lives out in the barn. He is feral and may pose a problem so we will deal with that soon, humanely of course.
