Hello from California

I am not sure I am doing this right...but thanks for letting me join. I inherited a flock of 12 hens two weeks ago. I have a RIR who is the boss hen. Not sure what breed the others are... all black, very small combs, regular tail feathers. I have cobbed together a rabbit hutch and 4x4x8’ run... inside a 12x15 pen they are out in during day. Looking to get better housing together and ordered a shed for feed,etc.
